Here at "SEM" we are a Jack of all trades. These things listed below are just some of the areas we cover.

Perform all necessary earth work.
Install tower foundations, either caisson, spread, or rock anchor.
Install lightning grounding and underground electrical work
Install equipment pad.
Install concrete pads and driveways
Lay fabric and spread gravel.
Install fencing as required.
Coordinate with utility company to locate and place utility runs.
Trench and install utility runs.
Obtain and work with electrical contractor to install all electrical gear.

Process areas require specialized equipment to work in the tightest conditions. In addition to our dozer, excavator, backhoe, welders, and milling machines “SEM” also has access micro mini excavators and small track and wheel loaders to handle the demanding space constraints.

Southern, Electrical, and Mechanical, Inc. offers refinery support services. "SEM" supplies trained personnel for hole watch, fire watch and equipment spotters to Refinery Owners as well as to other Contractors working within process areas.
